The Algarve 2009
Sixteen bowlers from the Club spent a week in the Algarve in Praia da Oura, Albyfeira from March 8 to 16. It was a very successful trip and many members are already planning the same trip for again next year. It was a great experience to mingle and play with bowlers from other countries and Rosslare more than held its own in competitions. While the resort was excellent unfortunately the playing surface was not up to much, but there are plans to replace it for the coming year.
